The NRP Group has been named the Multifamily Development Firm of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. At least 140 apartments for the elderly are proposed for the former St. Luke's Hospital in the Buckeye Neighborhood. Neighborhood Progress andPennrose Properties of Philadelphia could open the first apartments next spring. CHN was awarded Tax Credits to build Emerald Alliance V, a 70-unit apartment building at 7515 Euclid Avenue for chronically homeless individuals. Construction continues on the Circle 118 townhomes project in University Circle.
